등록 정보가 누락되거나 분실된 경우 라이선스 검색 서버를 통해 검색할 수 있습니다(또는 2025년 1월 이후 주문한 경우 매장을 통해 검색).
검색 서버를 통해 키를 찾을 수 없거나, 코덱 팩이 누락된 경우, 당사 헬프데스크 에 문의하여 MediaMonkey Gold 구매 영수증 원본 또는 구매 주문 번호를 제공해 주세요.
Find a Missing Gold License Key
Hide originalMediaMonkey for Windows Gold registration information (License Username + License Key) and Codec Pack orders are sent via e-mail as soon as your order is processed. If you haven’t received an e-mail within a few minutes of completing the order, check your spam folder.
If your registration information is missing or lost, it can be retrieved via our license retrieval server (or alternatively, via our store for orders made after January 2025).
If you can’t find your key via the retrieval server, or your Codec Pack is missing, please contact our helpdesk, and provide original MediaMonkey Gold purchase receipt OR the purchase order #.
