골드 라이선스를 분실한 경우 2025년 1월 이후에 주문한 경우에는 매장 에서 라이선스 사용자 이름과 키를 검색할 수 있으며, 2025년 1월 이전 주문의 경우에는 MyCommerce의 '내 주문 찾기' 페이지를 통해 검색할 수 있습니다.
여전히 라이선스 키를 찾을 수 없는 경우, 원래 구매 주문 번호와 MediaMonkey Gold를 구매하는 데 사용한 이메일 주소와 함께 헬프데스크에 문의해 주세요.
Find a Gold License Key
Hide originalMediaMonkey for Windows Gold registration information (License Username + License Key) is sent via e-mail as soon as your order processed. If you haven’t received the e-mail within a few minutes after making the order, check your spam folder and if it’s not there, please contact our helpdesk.
If you’ve lost your Gold license, your License Username and Key can be retrieved via our store for orders made after January 2025, or via MyCommerce’s ‘Find my order’ page for orders prior to Jan 2025.
If you’re still unable to find your license key, please contact our Helpdesk with your original purchase order # and the e-mail address used to purchase MediaMonkey Gold.
