Windows Gold 등록 정보(라이선스 사용자 이름 + 라이선스 키)를 위한 MediaMonkey는 주문이 처리되는 즉시 이메일로 전송됩니다. 주문 후 몇 분 이내에 이메일을 받지 못했다면 스팸 폴더를 확인하고 거기에 없다면 헬프데스크 에 문의하세요.
골드 라이선스를 분실한 경우 2025년 1월 이후에 주문한 경우에는 매장 에서 라이선스 사용자 이름과 키를 검색할 수 있으며, 2025년 1월 이전에 주문한 경우에는 헬프데스크에 문의하여 검색할 수 있습니다.
헬프데스크에 문의하실 때는 원래 구매 주문 번호와 MediaMonkey Gold를 구매하는 데 사용한 이메일 주소를 알려주시기 바랍니다.
Find a Gold License Key
Hide originalMediaMonkey for Windows Gold registration information (License Username + License Key) is sent via e-mail as soon as your order processed. If you haven’t received the e-mail within a few minutes after making the order, check your spam folder and if it’s not there, please contact our helpdesk.
If you’ve lost your Gold license, your License Username and Key can be retrieved via our store for orders made after January 2025, or by contacting our helpdesk for orders prior to Jan 2025.
When contacting our helpdesk please provide original purchase order # and the e-mail address used to purchase MediaMonkey Gold.
