이전에 iTunes를 설치/제거한 적이 있는 경우:
- C: 드라이브에 있는 드라이버의 잔여 사본에서 드라이버를 설치하세요.
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers로 이동합니다.
- usbaapl64.inf를 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 '설치'를 클릭하세요.
- 또는 장치 관리자를 사용하여 드라이버를 설치합니다.
- iPhone/iPad를 연결하세요
- Windows 시작 버튼을 클릭하고 '장치 관리자'를 실행하세요.
- Universal Serial Bus 장치/컨트롤러를 클릭하고 Apple Mobile USB 장치를 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하여 업데이트하고 활성화합니다.
- 또는 휴대용 장치 > Apple iPhone을 클릭하고 마우스 오른쪽 버튼을 클릭하여 업데이트 및 활성화합니다.
iTunes를 설치한 적이 없다면
- iTunes를 설치하지 않고 iTunes에서 직접 드라이버를 설치합니다.
- iTunes의 최신 데스크톱 버전을 다운로드하세요( 64비트 버전 | 32비트 버전 ).
- 7-zip 이나 WinRar 와 같이 CAB 파일을 열고 내용을 추출할 수 있는 프로그램을 다운로드하여 설치하세요.
- 1단계에서 다운로드한 iTunes 설치 프로그램 iTunes64Setup.exe 또는 iTunesSetup.exe 의 내용을 7-zip(마우스 오른쪽 버튼 클릭, 7-zip, 보관 파일 열기)으로 검사합니다. 7-zip은 설치 프로그램 내부의 파일을 보여줍니다.
- 설치 프로그램 파일에서 AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi 또는 AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi를 하드디스크에 추출합니다.
- AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi 또는 AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi를 실행합니다.
- Apple Mobile Device Support를 설치한 후 iOS 기기를 PC에 연결하면 Windows에서 해당 기기를 올바르게 감지할 수 있습니다.
- MediaMonkey를 시작하면 Apple 기기가 감지되어 Windows용 MediaMonkey를 사용하여 기기와 동기화 할 수 있습니다.
- 또는 iTunes를 설치하지 않고 타사 앱을 사용하여 드라이버를 설치할 수도 있습니다(Apple이나 MediaMonkey에서는 이러한 앱을 지원하지 않습니다). 가능한 옵션은 다음과 같습니다.
어떤 방법을 택하든, 장치를 연결할 때 '이 컴퓨터를 신뢰합니다'라는 장치 메시지에 응답하기 전까지는 Windows에서 장치가 표시되지 않습니다.
To Sync with Apple iOS devices, MediaMonkey for Windows requires the latest Apple Mobile Device Drivers to be installed. This is normally done by installing the iTunes desktop version, but if you prefer not to install iTunes, and are technically inclined, you can install the Apple Mobile Device Driver and its services independently of iTunes using a number of approaches. Note that these approaches aren’t supported for iOS synchronization as they may not work for all users.
If you’ve previously installed/uninstalled iTunes:
- Install the drivers from a residual copy of the drivers on your C: drive
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
- Right-click on usbaapl64.inf and click ‘Install’
- OR, Install the drivers using the device manager
- Connect your iPhone/iPad
- Click the Windows Start button and run the ‘Device Manager’
- Click Universal Serial Bus devices/controllers and right-click on the Apple Mobile USB Devices to Update & Enable them
- OR, Click Portable devices > Apple iPhone and right-click to Update & Enable it
If you’ve never installed iTunes
- Install the drivers directly from iTunes (without installing iTunes)
- Download the latest desktop version of iTunes ( 64-bit version | 32-bit version ).
- Download and install a program that can open and extract contents from a CAB file such as 7-zip or WinRar .
- Inspect the content of the iTunes installer iTunes64Setup.exe or iTunesSetup.exe (that you downloaded in step 1) with 7-zip (right click, 7-zip, Open archive). 7-zip will show the files inside the installer.
- Extract AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi or AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi from the installer file to your harddisk.
- Run AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi or AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi
- After Apple Mobile Device Support have been installed, connect your iOS device to your PC and Windows should be able to detect it correctly.
- Start MediaMonkey and your Apple device will be detected, so that you can use MediaMonkey for Windows to Sync to the device.
- OR install the drivers without installing iTunes using a third party app (note that these aren’t supported by Apple or MediaMonkey). Possible options are:
Whichever approach you take, the device will not be visible in Windows until you respond to the device prompt to ‘Trust’ this computer when you connect it.
